We would be happy to host you in this beautiful, calm and spacious one bedroom apartment on the hilltop of Puerto Rico close to Centro Comercial Europa.
It has a wonderful terrace with the greatest view of Gran Canaria, a comfortable living room with a sofabed and a silent bedroom. The kitchen is completely equipped and there is TV, internet, washing machine and air-condition.
The complex has sea view swimming pool close to the apartment and there is free parking on the street.

Tágas, csöndes egy hálószobás apartman, Puerto Rico dombján, a Centro Comercial Europa közelében. Az apartman terasza kivételes kilátással szolgál: hegyek, tenger, Puerto Rico a lábunk előtt hever. 

A hálószobában duplaágy, a nappaliban kihúzható kanapé várja a vendégeket. A konyha teljesen felszerelt, TV, internet, mosógép és klíma is van a lakásban.
A komplexumban – néhány lépésre az apartmantól – tengerre néző medence, az utcán pedig ingyenes parkolási lehetőség van.

El apartamento tiene una maravillosa terraza con la mejor vista de Gran Canaria, un cómodo salón con sofá cama y un dormitorio silencioso. La cocina está completamente equipada y hay TV, internet, lavadora y aire acondicionado.
El complejo dispone de piscina con vistas al mar cerca del apartamento y hay aparcamiento gratuito en la calle.
